Junction Nightmare’s mazes, Rippers Revenge, and Fear Factory are designed to scare brave teens and adults. Junction Nightmare opens on Sept. 18 and will be open every Friday - Sunday through Nov. 1.
Blue Kaboom’s site design mirrors the creepy themes of the two-mazed attraction. Visitors can view the two “Nightmare Routes” and see images and descriptions intended to scare and pique viewers’ interests.
Blue Kaboom made the site interactive by adding Facebook Connect, so visitors to the site can become fans and post their comments about their haunted house experiences. The website also has a “Bloody Wall” where haunt goers can post comments.
“We wanted to grab the attention of anyone who visited the site. That meant lots of blood and surprising images that give you the uneasy feeling you get when you visit the attraction,” said Troy Henson, president of Blue Kaboom. “The interactive aspects that we’ve included give fans of the site a great chance to be vocal and share their experiences.”
Blue Kaboom partnered with O’Keeffe Communications on the creepy content for the new site. View the new site online at http://www.junctionnightmare.com.
“We were really excited when we saw the new site,” said Bill Balfour, general manager of EnterTRAINment Junction. “Blue Kaboom did an excellent job conveying how scary Junction Nightmare will be this year.”
