Troy Henson,
President, Art Director

Troy Henson is not only the principle art director at Blue Kaboom, he also leads daily operation and is responsible for building and maintaining client relations.

Troy draws upon years of design, marketing and client service experience through employment with such companies as Kings Island, CBS Companies, Provident Bank (now National City), and Cincinnati Bell Telephone.

Troy began his career as a designer at CBS Companies, as he finished his Bachelors of Fine Arts at Northern Kentucky University.

After graduating be became employed at Provident Bank as a in-house designer. He moved onto a start-up company called ZoomTown.com (later would be assumed by Cincinnati Bell Telephone), where he was responsible for developing the first ZoomTown ADSL manuals and many of the marketing materials. Troy was promoted several times before leaving to start-up his own design firm, Blue Kaboom.

Ryan Doughty,
Web Developer

Ryan joins us from the popular social networking company ShareThis.com. His strong, technical skills are matched with his attention to coding detail and ability to develop quick and accurate fast loading web sites. Ryan’s development/design tools include: Adobe Creative Suite, Firebug, Textmate, XCode.

Chris Garman,
Web Designer

Chris joins us from the University of Cincinnati's DAAP program, where he majors in Digital Design. His strong, creative skills are matched with his attention to detail and ability to create eye-catching modern designs that focus on the client’s primary goals. Chris’s development/design tools include: Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects.

James Faddis,
System Developer

Jim has 20 years of experience working in the Information Technology field. As the Internet became available to the public, his experience in computer networking and UNIX made him well qualified to lead the online development efforts of Scripps Howard. Jim is development code highlights include: AJAX, FLEX, Javascript, MySQL, and PHP.
