Our Cincinnati-based Web design firm specializes in website design, website search engine optimization, website content management and print and graphic design to help unify marketing and branding. We have a wide range of talent, including on-site Web designers, print designers, writers and programming professionals to help with any marketing effort.

It is important that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in performing tasks and projects for a variety of staff/clients – keeping them informed for best outcomes. You are a quick learner, passionate about your work and are exceptionally adaptable. You possess emotional maturity with a positive disposition and are achievement oriented.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists in the design, coding, and testing of technical solutions.
  • Understands standard systems development life-cycle processes and applies our methodology effectively on client engagements.
  • Applies knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.

PROJECT EXECUTION

  • Understands project and development plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines
  • Adheres to coding standards defined by technical management.
  • Accurately employs our development tools.
  • Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans.

SKILLS NEED TO APPLY

  • Posses’ work experience with at least one relational database management system.
  • The candidate should assist in the design, coding, and testing of technical solutions and understand project/ developmental plans.
  • Must have solid understanding of Web Design concepts and Print Design concepts, internet technologies and graphics applications: HTML, CSS, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, PHP, XHTML, AJAX.
  • Create website designs, logos, Flash animations and print collateral. Strong logo design and brand identity development a plus.

OTHER DETAILS:

  • Location: Clifton
  • 2 to 5 yrs. Web Site Design experience. - 2 to 5 yrs Graphic Design experience.
  • 2 to 5 yrs. experience working with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal supervision.
  • College degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Candidates must be able to pass a drug and background check
